RDX ICT Afrika provides digital strategy, website design and development, software systems, mobile apps, digital marketing support, consultancy, and related technical services.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement, project ownership and usage rights are defined in the proposal or contract. Pre-existing frameworks, tools, and internal methods remain the property of their original owners.

Fees and delivery

Payment schedules, milestones, support windows, and revision limits are defined per project. Timelines depend on scope clarity, approval speed, and the client providing required materials on time.

Limitation of liability

RDX ICT Afrika is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a project deliverable, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya unless a project agreement states otherwise.
